Heartland-Aba-1 in State Center, IA is hiring a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. The role is part-time with a 6-month commitment and includes paid training and opportunities to advance within the ABA field.
You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, record session data, and support families while fostering a positive learning environment for children with Autism.
