Hospital Dietary Cook - Patient Nutrition

Humboldt County Memorial Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Cook to prepare meals for LTC residents, inpatients, and staff. The position covers four 10-hour shifts per week (8:30 AM–7:00 PM) with every other weekend and every other holiday.

You will assist with daily kitchen setup, food prep, inventory, temperature documentation, and adherence to dietary guidelines. The role includes cleaning duties and collaboration with the dietary care team to support safe, nutritious meals.
