Between 2500€ and 2700€ gross monthly (depending on profile and experience)
You are attached to the Director of the Group's restaurant.
Your mission is to ensure the quality of the experience we offer to our clients and employees. Your role is essential in the organization on a daily basis, in the support of teams, and in the application of the Group's standards.
Also, you:
- Ensure smooth coordination between the waiting staff and the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards, and internal procedures
- Take part in rushes, you like to be operational
- Ensure a quality welcome and the most positive possible customer experience
- Identify areas for improvement
- Implement corrective actions adapted to the problems encountered
- Manage and support your teams
- Organize the schedules of the room
You also fully participate in the recruitment, integration, and training of new employees who join your team. You are involved in accompanying the development of your team's skills, all in a positive, dynamic, and customer satisfaction-oriented work environment.
You are also involved in the commercial development of the establishment and the follow-up of its objectives.
Are You The One?You have a successful experience of at least five years, in operational management, ideally in traditional restaurant or brasserie management. It is said of you that you have an extraordinary sense of service, that you are reactive, and capable of keeping your cool during busy periods.
But you are also: organized, rigorous, and know how to prioritize. A training in Hospitality-Restauration would be appreciated.
