This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Conference and Banqueting Manager to join a luxury property in Cumbria, supporting the delivery of weddings, conferences, banqueting, private dining and special events.
This is not an office based role. It is a hands on, operational position where you will be leading from the floor, supporting the team and executing each event to the refined standards expected within a luxury hospitality environment. You will be involved in the detail of the day, making sure every event runs smoothly, every guest feels looked after and every occasion feels special.
The role would suit someone who loves the energy of events and enjoys the adrenaline of a busy conference and banqueting operation. You will need to be confident leading a team on the day, managing moving parts, solving problems quickly and creating a calm, organised atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
This property is looking for someone with natural curiosity, an open mind and the confidence to ask questions. Someone who wants to understand what is already working, bring their own experience and help take the department to the next level.
Accommodation is available if required.

This role does not provide sponsorship. To apply you will need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.
