The Agent of KFAS and Teen Center is responsible for organizing and coordinating recreational and entertainment activities for guests, teenagers, and children. The goal is to ensure that guests enjoy a fun, enriching, and memorable experience during their stay. Additionally, the Agent of KFAS and Teen Center acts as a host in activities and events, providing exceptional service, ensuring that all participants have fun and are safe.
The agent must also be familiar with the resort's facilities and services to provide personalized recommendations to guests about activities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in activities with children or similar positions in luxury hotels.
- Certification in first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is highly recommended.
- Experience in recreational and educational activities (Art projects, walks, beach games, etc.)
- Handling and control of children and teenagers.
- Intermediate English (oral and written).
- Highly developed in problem-solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
- Leading activities:
Directing recreational activities, such as sports, games, art, special events, and activities for children and teenagers. - Guest service:
Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests enjoy all activities and have a positive experience. - Promotion of activities:
Informing guests about available activities, schedules, and locations, ensuring that everyone has access to the necessary information. - Safety and well-being:
Ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and that guests follow established rules and procedures. - Teamwork:
Collaborating with other hotel departments (such as food and beverage, concierge, reception, etc.) to coordinate activities and ensure they are carried out smoothly. - Adaptation to guest needs:
Customizing activities for different groups and ages, adapting to guests' preferences to create a fun and inclusive environment. - Management of work team:
Supervising and maintaining the equipment and materials necessary for recreational activities, ensuring they are in good condition and appropriate for use.
Skills:
Education:
- High school education
- University degrees or technical training in areas such as Tourism, Hospitality, Recreation, Education is considered a plus.
