The Mercure Hotel Köln West is one of Accor's top conference hotels, boasting 11 meeting rooms and a modern, sophisticated food and beverage concept across five floors, featuring an à la carte restaurant, hotel bar, and sun terrace. We also offer an indoor pool, fitness area, and sauna.
Your role will involve supporting the preparation and presentation of coffee break snacks, menus, buffets, and à la carte dishes, assisting the head chef with organization, inventory, and hygiene standards, and collaborating closely with other departments.
To succeed here, you should have a passion for cooking and a keen eye for quality, taste, and presentation. A culinary qualification or equivalent experience, a sense of responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to work independently under pressure are essential. Fluent in German, English is a plus.
