Front of the House Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. The manager will oversee all aspects of the front‑of‑house operations, including managing and training staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards for service. Other key responsibilities include:

• Assist with creating schedules, inventory management, and budgeting for the front‑of‑house department.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure staff follow all health and safety protocols.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistent quality standards for food and beverage service.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional guest service and managing a team.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle high‑stress situations with poise and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
