Scope: Accountable for the total operation of an assigned lodge, including guest experience, culinary, housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, safety performance, occupancy reporting, and the development of the on-site team

Primary Responsibilities:- Accountable and responsible for maintaining a safety culture (following all SOP's, JSA's, policies and procedures) as set out by Target Hospitality
- Own the day-to-day operation of the lodge, ensuring all departments meet Target Hospitality standards for service, cleanliness, food safety, and facility condition
- Lead, schedule, coach, and develop all on-site department heads and staff, including Head Chef, Head Housekeeper, Maintenance Supervisor, and Front Desk team
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on staffing needs, interviews, onboarding, performance management, and corrective action
- Greet guests and serve as the senior point of contact on site for guest concerns, service recovery, and client representatives
- Manage the lodge budget, labor costs, food cost, and purchasing within approved targets, and explain variances to regional leadership
- Review occupancy, reservations, and meal counts daily to align staffing and production to demand
- Work with the accounting department to ensure accurate billing and that accounts receivable information is current
- Conduct weekly department head meetings and daily operational briefings
- Lead health and safety meetings at the lodge, complete incident reporting, and direct Target Hospitality emergency response procedures
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, FIFO, and applicable food safety and public health requirements across the culinary operation
- Complete required inspections, audits, and reporting on schedule and drive corrective actions to closure
- Maintain the lodge's condition through preventative maintenance planning and timely escalation of capital or repair needs
- Communicate consistently with regional leadership, corporate departments, and client contacts using company systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Step in hands-on in any department when business needs require it
- Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor or manager
- Stand and walk for long periods of time (up to 12 hours or longer) with scheduled breaks
- Short and long-distance walking required across the lodge property and grounds
- Use of stairs and step stools
- Use force when pushing/pulling carts that weigh on average 50lbs
- Frequently lift an average weight of 25lbs with a maximum of 50lbs; on occasion where weights may exceed 50lbs the assistance of another person or a lifting aid is mandatory
- Frequently reach below waist, waist to shoulder and above shoulder with frequent neck/back/torso twisting from left to right without restriction
- Simple, power and fine finger manipulation for a duration of an average 12-hour shift
- Extended periods of computer and desk work for reporting, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ability to hear and understand verbal instruction as well as other sounds such as safety alarms/signals
- Ability to communicate effectively; written and orally in English
- Must be able to see without impairment for inspection purposes and ability to read small text such as product warning labels
- Exposure to extreme hot and cold environments, including outdoor conditions while inspecting grounds and facilities
- Ability to work within a rotational schedule (6 weeks on and 2 weeks off, or as per manager's discretion/business needs)
- Ability to work safely and navigate within small/close quarters and congested areas
