Sam's Town Hotel & Gambling Hall is seeking a friendly front desk associate in a guest-facing role. You will handle check-ins/outs, upsell rooms using service skills, and provide information on hotel amenities and events.
You will also process registrations, manage keys and billing, and coordinate with Casino Hosts to ensure smooth stays. The position requires basic computer skills, a minimum 45 WPM typing speed, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
