Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking an eligible candidate to operate hotel reservation systems (LMS) and access the CMS tracking system to make reservations for customers. The role involves coordinating with Marketing on special events, greeting guests, and handling check-in/check-out procedures.
You will work with Executive Hosts to manage hotel stays, assist on event reservations, and ensure accurate room pricing, policies, and availability are communicated to guests.
