Key Responsibilities:
Qualified candidates will provide assistance to various areas of the Food and Beverage Department. Candidates will work in the bar and grill area, serving staff, bartending staff, and banquet events. Candidates may also perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
- Must have 1-2 years of related experience in F&B.
- Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws.
- Must have food and beverage/beverage cart and banquet experience.
- Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have strong service orientation.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to sit, and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, fingers, to feel, talk, and to hear.
- This job requires sitting, standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, and occasional carrying, balancing meals as any of these movements are performed.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for sustained periods of time, and daily computer use.
- The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
Education and
Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM), current & valid.
Las Vegas METRO issued non-gaming work card.
