Banquet Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of our events, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment, contributing to memorable guest experiences and the overall success of our venue.

• Supervise and coordinate all banquet event operations, including setup, service, and cleanup
• Lead and motivate banquet staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain standards
• Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their needs and ensure event specifications are met
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Management team and Sales team to ensure seamless service flow during events and daily operations.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure all aspects of the banquet are executed efficiently
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies required for events
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and regulations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in training and developing banquet staff to enhance performance and teamwork

• Proven experience in banquet or event management, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related degree preferred
