Valet Parking Attendant

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff ina friendly, respectful, and professional manner.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles when appropriate.
• Safely park and retrieve patient vehicles in designated parking areas.
• Issue valet claim tickets and accurately document vehicle information.
• Maintain accurate control and accountability of keys in accordance with valet procedures.
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage before parking and report concerns according topolicy.
• Maintain an organized flowof traffic atthe valet entrance.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and hospital policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Provide directions and general information about hospital departments and entrances.
• Assist guests with mobility devices, wheelchairs, ormedical equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of thevalet area.
• Report accidents, incidents, unsafe conditions, or security concerns immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, visitor, employee and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Perform other dutiesas assigned.

High School or better.
