Regional Human Resources Manager Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established provider of Home Healthcare services
, and they have a current need for Regional Human Resources Managers to cover multi-state territories in the US. These are fully remote roles with occasional travel.
Preferred states are OH, TN, NV, or TX but candidates can be in nearby states in those regions. An HR management background in Home Health / Home Care or similar healthcare background is required. Must be well versed in employee relations & engagement, employment law & compliance, employee rights, FMLA, handling of grievances, and corrective actions.

Job Requirements
  • Home Health, Home Care, or Private Duty experience strongly preferred.
  • Multi-site, multi-state healthcare experience is required.
  • Minimum of an associate’s degree preferred.
  • HR certification such as SHRM or PHR required.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all HR functions across multiple locations in region.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal HR & Labor laws.
  • Assess department and improve processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with operational and branch leadership.

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
