Be part of our HR team in Cologne, Germany, and support us in varied tasks around process optimization and HR administration. Through close collaboration with colleagues from different HR areas, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the entire personnel management and current HR topics of an international company.
What You'll Be DoingCollaboration in the optimization and standardization of our HR processes
Supporting the HR team in the operational daily business and administrative tasks
Assisting in the creation of mass letters and automated documents (e.g., with Microsoft Word and Excel)
Creation, maintenance, and evaluation of reports and dashboards in Excel
Participation in exciting HR projects and implementation of your own ideas for the continuous improvement of our processes
Advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, ideally with at least one year of remaining study duration
Great interest in process optimizations and standardizations of HR processes; first practical experiences are an advantage
Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, working confidently with more complex formulas, pivot tables, and the preparation of larger data sets
Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Proficient numerical skills along with an analytical and structured way of thinking
Independent, meticulous, and reliable working style
Very good German and English skills in speech and writing
