Your Responsibilities:

• Building your own key accounts and independently managing a personal niche market.
• Supporting and advising clients on filling open positions by providing qualified specialists and executives.
• Acquiring new clients and contributing to business development.
• Identifying suitable candidates through known networks like Linked In by active sourcing and networking.
• Independently managing the entire recruitment process and conducting contract negotiations with clients and candidates.

Your Profile:

• Sales talent with above-average motivation, ambition, proactivity, and determination.
• Preferably a vocational training or university degree.
• First experiences in B2B sales or similar positions are advantageous.
