What You Will Do:
  • Responsibility for the HR administration & payroll area for several companies of the EAT HAPPY GROUP with over 6,800 employees
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership and continuous development of the HR administration & payroll team with currently 15 employees
  • Ensuring correct, timely, and legally compliant payroll and accounting including system responsibility (P&I Loga) as well as comprehensive administrative processes and annual closing work
  • Quality assurance and further development of HR administration, payroll, and time recording processes
  • Close cooperation with the Director of HR as well as sparring partner for internal stakeholders and contact person for external interfaces (authorities, social security institutions, service providers)
  • Control and active participation in HR projects as well as responsibility for all labor law issues
  • Own operational responsibility for a defined group of employees
What You Bring To The Table:
  • At least 4 years of professional and leadership experience in human resources administration & in-house payroll
  • Very secure, practical knowledge of current labor, payroll, and social security law, experience with P&I Loga is an advantage
  • Structured, responsible working style with high quality and service standards
  • Strong hands-on mentality, organizational strength, and a solution-oriented approach
  • Team spirit, communication skills, and intercultural competence
