We are seeking a results-driven Contract Staffing Recruiter to support a fast-growing staffing division. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting focused on high-volume contract placements across manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors. This role is heavily performance-based and ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a strong emphasis on candidate generation, speed, and fill ratios.
Due to an increase in business growth and a continued commitment to grab the lion’s share of the market, The Judge Group is actively seeking experienced recruiters with staffing industry experience for our West Chester, PA office.
Responsibilities- Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools, our ATS and social media platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.
- Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources
- Recruit top consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies leveraging various tools and technologies, including state-of-the-art AI tools, increasing your ability to identify top talent.
- Use AI-generated insights to make informed data-driven decisions.
- Conduct personal interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients. (Primarily relationship-driven accounts with solid feedback)
- Perform thorough reference checks
- Negotiate pay rates
- Interact with and attend client meetings
- Interact with our compliance team which handles onboarding, freeing up your time to stay focused on recruiting and building your candidate pipeline.
- Strong attitude, aptitude, passion, and experience
- 3+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience
- Proven track record
- Urgency and drive, resilience, competitive mindset, strong organization, clear communication
- Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting A-player professionals
