Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and employees
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate scheduling in a fast‑paced environment
- High level of attention to detail in reviewing candidate information and maintaining records
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Ability to build positive relationships and support a strong candidate experience
- Foundational understanding of workplace safety principles and regulatory compliance
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential safety concerns
- Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and employee well‑being
- Ability to assist in organizing training and maintaining compliance documentation
- Analytical mindset to support reporting and tracking of safety‑related data
- Exceptional organization and time management abilities
- Strong data entry accuracy and record‑keeping skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs
- Problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to supporting HR functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning HR systems and tools
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous administrative, HR, or coordination experience is an asset
- Interest or exposure to recruitment processes and/or workplace safety initiatives
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations is beneficial
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality
- Interest in developing expertise in both HR and EHS disciplines
- Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
Team environment in our climate‑controlled warehouse with normal office conditions; sitting or standing at stations as preferred, with occasional involvement in operational or worksite environments to support safety initiatives.
Pre‑employment physical & drug test required; background check conducted for final applicants. This position may require compliance with ITAR export regulations; applicant must be US citizen or have permanent resident status.
