Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition strategy across corporate salaried professional roles and manufacturing technical and professional roles.

• Strategic Talent Acquisition:
  Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and retain high‑quality candidates across various departments.
• Full‑Cycle Recruiting:
  Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  Experience:
  
  Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
• Employer Branding:
  Enhance the company’s employer brand through recruitment marketing strategies, social media presence, and employee advocacy.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making:
  Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve hiring efficiency.
• Technology & Tools:
  Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS), Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify and attract top talent.
• Diversity & Inclusion:
  Ensure candidate slates have diverse representation to support an inclusive hiring process.
• Team Continuous Improvement:
  Identify best practices and process improvements and implement them with the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of corporate and/or technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, sourcing‑heavy environment.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles, including engineering, finance, supply chain, customer service, sales, and leadership positions.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques;
  Work Day experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally with various teams.
