The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning HR functions and initiatives with the business objectives for an assigned business unit. This position adds value to the business unit by providing appropriate and timely HR solutions that build morale, increase employee productivity and retention, and ultimately drive business results.
Position Information:
This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the HR Business Partner Manager.
Compensation:
Base pay is anticipated to be between $ and $ per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location:
Our headquarters are located in Tempe, AZ. While we have a preference for candidates based in the Phoenix/Tempe area who can participate in a hybrid work schedule, we welcome applications from highly qualified remote candidates across the U.S.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
- Partner with business unit leadership to develop and drive the HR agenda within the business unit.
- Provide daily HR guidance to all levels of employees and management within the business unit.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Guide and support managers and leaders through performance management, succession planning, business unit restructuring, annual budget and pay adjustment processes, reductions in force, and workforce planning.
- Analyze and report on trends and metrics and recommend HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Support managers in organizational design, developing job descriptions, and obtaining market pricing for new jobs.
