Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager who will work with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, administrative and office support while sharing on-call responsibilities with other managers.
You'll manage caregivers, conduct weekly recruiting and onboarding, handle after-hours calls, and support intake and client satisfaction to maintain high-quality service across our expanding network.
