This position will be responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition, including employer branding & advertisement, recruiting, new hire onboarding and orientation, key talent acquisition, and retention metrics. This is a fulltime, exempt level position reporting to the Director of Culture and Talent. This is an on-site position that can be located in either Des Moines or Pacific Junction, Iowa.
RequirementsWhat you will do:
- Strategically and proactively sources passive and active candidates to build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
- Manages all aspects of the recruiting process including job postings, applicant screenings/interviews, pre-employment testing, new hire onboarding, and job orientation.
- Builds and maintains relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities/schools, associations, workforce development agencies, and key community partners.
- Identifies, coordinates, and attends career fair and other sourcing events. Represents Feed Energy in a positive and professional manner.
- Effectively consults with and trains hiring managers on process and best practices.
- Monitors and reports on key talent acquisition metrics and trends.
- Stays informed on external labor market conditions and trends.
- Participates in company-wide workforce planning.
- As part of the Culture & Talent team may participate in projects and activities in other areas of human resources.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience, or equivalent.
- Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS;
Experience with Paylocity a plus. - Ability to manage the recruitment needs of multiple locations across varying levels.
