In this multifaceted position, you won't just be sitting behind a desk. You will be the heartbeat of our organization, serving as the essential link between management and our dedicated team.

• Lead the Talent Search: Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring to build the best team in the industry.
• Develop Our People: Guide onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training to ensure every team member has the tools to succeed.
• Drive Strategic Growth: Direct "right-sizing" efforts, maintain organizational clarity, and create vital succession plans for our future leaders.
• Champion Safety: Serve as our Safety Team Coordinator, leading quarterly meetings and ensuring a secure environment for both staff and customers.
• Payroll & Benefits Pro: Master our payroll systems as the primary backup and help our employees navigate their benefits, from 401k plans to health insurance.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is not required but helpful. PHR or SHRM-CP certifications are a major plus!
• Experience: Ideally, you have at least 3 years of HR professional experience. Previous experience with payroll for small to mid-size companies is preferred.
• Skills: Expertise in HR planning, compensation strategy, and compliance.
• Industry Knowledge: While not required, experience in the marine industry will help you hit the water running.
