We’re Growing. Help Us Build the Team That Builds the Future. At Crystal Group, growth doesn’t happen by accident—it happens because great people choose to do hard things together. As a 100% employee-owned company, every hire matters. Every onboarding experience matters. Every conversation with a leader matters. We believe culture is built intentionally, and great companies are created by great people.
We’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Partner who is energized by recruiting exceptional talent, improving processes, supporting leaders, and helping an organization scale without losing what makes it special. If you’re equal parts recruiter, coach, strategist, and problem solver, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
Your ImpactIn this role, you’ll partner directly with the Vice President of Production and work closely with leaders across the organization to support Crystal Group’s continued growth. This isn’t a role focused solely on HR transactions or checking boxes. We’re looking for someone who sees opportunities, challenges the status quo, and helps turn good ideas into better ways of working. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle—from understanding what a team truly needs to welcoming its newest employee-owner.
You’ll also help strengthen our recruiting processes, expand our talent pipelines, and ensure every candidate receives an experience that reflects who we are.
- Recruiting talent who will strengthen our teams and contribute to our employee-owned culture
- Creating onboarding experiences that help new employee-owners feel welcomed, prepared, and ready to contribute
- Coaching leaders through growth, change, and people-related challenges
- Strengthening employee engagement and the overall employee-owner experience
- Identifying and implementing improvements to People & Culture processes
- Supporting workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives
- Using data and business insights to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Helping leaders develop high-performing teams capable of delivering extraordinary results
You understand that recruiting isn’t simply about filling positions—it’s about finding the right people to join an employee-owned company where ownership, accountability, and teamwork matter. You build trusted relationships with leaders and employee-owners at every level of the organization. You listen, ask thoughtful questions, and aren’t afraid to have difficult conversations when needed. You use data, business knowledge, and good judgment to solve problems.
You embrace change, help others navigate it, and take action when you see an opportunity to improve. Most importantly, you care about helping people succeed and creating an environment where employee-owners can do the best work of their careers. You use recruiting data, market knowledge, and candidate feedback to improve results. You actively build relationships and talent pipelines instead of waiting for applicants to find us.
