Recruiting Manager $50k+/year DOE Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Aventure Staffing is looking for an energetic professional to join our team as a Recruiting Manager in the Ida Grove, Iowa area! We are seeking a results-driven Recruiting Manager to serve as the dedicated, primary point of contact for a key client in the Ida Grove area. In this high-visibility role, you will work closely with our client's operations to oversee talent acquisition strategies, streamline daily workforce management, and ensure seamless communication with Aventure's client.
As a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruiting manager, you will play a crucial role in building strong employee relationships and driving retention. If you thrive in fast-paced environment and excel at bridging business needs with workforce solutions, we want to hear from you.
- Recruiting and hiring candidates.
- Interviewing applicants, data entry, processing hiring paperwork, drug screening, coaching and counseling.
- Facilitate new hire orientation, maintain accurate personnel records including workers' compensation, and process payroll in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain client company relationships.
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required
- Previous management experience
- Staffing experience preferred
- Experience in establishing and maintaining client relations
- Proficient in basic computer skills including typing/data entry, MS Office, internet and email usage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills that show professionalism and competence.
- Track record of being self-motivated in previous positions.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a driving record that is insurable by Aventure.
- Starting Pay: $50k+ per year, depending on experience
