Reporting to the AVP Talent Acquisition & Experience, the Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Specialist plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent by promoting the Credit Union’s culture, values, and team member experience. This position drives employer brand visibility, oversees talent engagement strategies, and supports recruitment marketing initiatives to position the Credit Union as an employer of choice within the financial services industry and local communities.
Responsible for supporting the execution of Nuvision's Employer Value Proposition (EVP), employer branding strategy, talent marketing campaigns, recruitment communications, community partnerships, social recruiting strategies, and candidate engagement initiatives across all talent segments.
Responsible for recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate engagement, workforce flexibility initiatives, and administration of the Credit Union's Telecommuting Program.

• Support the implementation and execution of the organization’s Employee Value Proposition and employer branding strategies that align with the Credit Union’s mission, culture, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maintain the Credit Union’s presence across social media and digital platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.) to highlight employee stories, community impact, and workplace culture.
• Partner with the Marketing department to ensure consistency between internal and external brand messaging.
• Design and manage recruitment campaigns, digital ads, and job-related content to enhance visibility and attract diverse candidate pools.
• Monitor and maintain the Credit Union’s Linked In Careers Page. Collaborate with Recruiters to ensure that job postings and recruitment content reflect current openings, messaging, and hiring priorities.
• Promote internal career opportunities and employee success stories.

Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing recommendations to the AVP Talent Acquisition & Experience and Recruiters for improved candidate targeting.

• Coordinate and represent the Credit Union at job fairs, community events, and networking functions to promote employment opportunities and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, and workforce development organizations to strengthen talent pipelines. Occasional Travel Required.
• Support Recruiters in proactive outreach by identifying potential candidates from online talent communities, professional groups, and social networks.
• Develop and manage employee ambassador or referral programs to promote internal advocacy and community engagement.
• Evaluate emerging digital recruiting tools, social engagement technology, AI-enabled talent marketing tools, and automation opportunities.

• Serve as primary administrator and program owner for Nuvision's Telecommuting Program. Manage telecommuting applications, documentation, workflow coordination, program communications, and employee resources.
• Partner with managers and People Services to ensure consistent administration and application of telecommuting practices across the organization.
