• Collaborate with customers, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to capture capability needs and deliver quality business solutions
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, engaging in Agile scrum teams in various roles
• Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impact
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IS/IT
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient communication and report writing abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management

• 1 to 3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1 to 3 years in the Health Insurance industry
• 1 to 3 years in the Healthcare industry
• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
