Business Analyst

• 24 months contract W2 – Potential extension
• $28.17–$35.21 hourly W2
• Hybrid 2x a week onsite in Audubon PA

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to analyze data and business processes
• Experience with process mapping and documentation best practices
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently
• Detail‑oriented with a solutions‑driven mindset

• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Experience with security platforms for access control
• Proficiency in Visio or equivalent process mapping tools
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• IIBA certification is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst, especially in an agile environment
• Demonstrated responsibility growth in BA roles

• Ability to work cross‑functionally and in a matrixed environment
• Experience documenting application dependencies and current processes
• Flexibility to support team training and process updates

Minimum Rate: $28.17

Maximum Rate: $35.21
