Role Overview
Adaptive Planning Manager at Strada will manage project resources and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of client deliverables on Workday Adaptive Planning projects. The role involves leading large enterprise projects, consulting with clients, and developing solutions across multiple domains. Remote opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities- Lead one or more areas of a large project or multiple concurrent projects over extended durations.
- Manage all project stages from planning and design through testing and deployment.
- Coordinate the work of others, managing project scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
- Provide proactive interface between external clients and internal staff for effective coordination and delivery.
- Consult on dependencies and integration aspects within and across Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Champion an Adaptive product area within the organization.
- Ensure client delivery and project satisfaction related to the domain area.
- Integrate with other Strada functions to deliver complete solutions.
- Lead efforts to develop internal resources through mentoring, coaching, and directing work.
- Participate in client sales meetings, assist with collateral creation, and contribute to internal initiatives.
- Create work estimates and solutions for projects ranging from small to large.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in scope & requirements definition, problem solving, and process improvements in technology environments.
- 2–3 years leading implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, People Soft, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
- Experience leading and participating in cross‑functional projects.
- Prior functional Adaptive Planning deployment experience as an internal consultant or consulting/software organization.
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management, and Visio.
- Travel up to 50% required.
