Sr. User Interface Designer Analyst ; II

Flexible Work Arrangement:

• Coordinating with staff to understand requirements of new functionality and user needs.
• Conducting user interviews to identify user needs and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Prototyping through wireframes and mock ups for user-centric experiences.
• Updating corporate website and intranet with a content management system as needed.
• Iterating on design improvements to drive UI consistency and meet user needs across platforms.
• Evaluating end-to-end workflows to enhance usability and efficiency for both administrators and external stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typog or raphy, and responsive web design.
• Establishing and maintaining UI patterns, components, and guidelines to ensure visual consistency across platforms.
• Working with business users on any web content changes.
• Utilizing a survey tool creating conditional content surveys.
• Support the creation of surveys, polls and registrations.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, UI Design, Web Design or UX Design or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with website maintenance or creation.
• Understanding of mobile first direction, as well as responsive design.
• Experience with prototyping and mockup tools.
• General understanding of HTML, CSS and Web content management systems.
• Experience with Axure, Sitecore, and Qualtrics is a plus.
• User Experience Certification is a plus.
• Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience using verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint).
