Web Services Administrator
Movaci is seeking a Web Services Administrator with strong web development and website operations experience to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, securing, and improving modern websites and web applications for both internal and customer environments.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across both front-end and back-end web technologies, maintaining production websites, implementing updates and enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and helping roll out new features and functionality. Candidates should also be comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, and related technologies to improve efficiency and accelerate development workflows.
This is a hands-on technical role suited for someone who enjoys building, improving, and maintaining real-world web systems in a fast-paced managed services environment.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and improve websites and web applications.
- Implement new website features, functionality, and enhancements.
- Maintain and update existing customer and internal web platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance problems.
- Build and maintain responsive, mobile-friendly, and standards-compliant websites.
- Customize and optimize Word Press themes, plugins, and related web platforms.
- Work with front-end technologies to improve usability, accessibility, and customer experience.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, and similar platforms to improve productivity and development efficiency.
- Apply modern vibe coding and AI-enhanced development techniques responsibly while maintaining code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications within web development workflows.
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL/MariaDB, and Word Press administration and development.
- Familiarity with Node.js, Laravel or similar frameworks, REST APIs, Git/Git Hub version control, Linux web hosting environments, Apache and/or Nginx, and Cloudflare or CDN technologies.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting production websites.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding and development tools is strongly preferred.

- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, including reading technical documentation and participating in customer discussions
- Schedule:
Monday – Saturday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (48-hour work week). - On-call availability may occasionally be required for urgent support or critical website issues.
