Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Administration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of productive SQL database systems
• Conception and operation of highly available SQL cluster solutions (e.g., Active-Active, Active-Passive, Cross-Datacenter)
• Ensuring stability, performance, fault tolerance, and data integrity
• Conducting fault analysis and root cause analysis for disruptions
• Automation of operations and maintenance processes with Power Shell, Ansible, or Power Shell DSC
• Integration of database solutions into CI/CD processes in close collaboration with Dev Ops teams
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, operation manuals, and standards
• Communication with international project stakeholders in English (C1 required)

• Deep knowledge in:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Cluster concepts:
  Active-Active, Active-Passive, Cross-Datacenter
• SCCM software distribution, WSUS patching
• Knowledge of air-gapped datacenters
• Good technical understanding in:
• Dev Ops methodologies and processes
• Automation with Power Shell, Power Shell DSC, and Ansible
• Git Lab CI/CD pipelines
• Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
