Your contribution:
- You are responsible for the planning, implementation, and controlling of innovative IT projects for the implementation of state-of-the-art hospital information systems (HIS).
- You lead project teams, partners, and third-party providers and coordinate project tasks and resources.
- The development of steering committees, risk management, management reports, and decision templates, taking into account any risks, is part of your daily business.
- You are responsible for ensuring smooth communication and the professional handling of escalations as well as the strategic customer development by C-Level management.
- The financial aspects of a project, including budgeting and effective controlling, are monitored and controlled by you.
What you bring:
- Several years of experience with complex digitalization projects in the hospital environment, ideally you bring specialist and process knowledge from the clinical environment as well as an IPMA certification.
- Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., economics, health management) or comparable qualifications.
- Analytical, independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style characterize you as well as your enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary teams and with our customers.
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills, both internally and with demanding customers, especially at the C-Level.
- Willingness to travel and very good communicative skills in German.
