Job Summary
The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for collection of information from the customer and initial troubleshooting of incidents reported to the service desk. They provide support for basic incident and request resolution. When issues are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility, they are responsible for escalating the incident or request to the appropriate team member.
EssentialJob Duties
- Education
:
High school diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Microsoft Office certifications are desirable. - Experience
:- Basic knowledge of Information Technology.
- Customer Service Interpersonal communications.
- Previous Service Desk/Help Desk experience preferred.
- Two - five years previous experience with computer/network related diagnostics and repair is desirable. Previous Service Desk/Help Desk experience preferred.
