Senior Process Manager

You want to not only accompany processes but also improve them sustainably? In this role, you analyze existing procedures, develop suitable solutions together with our departments and developers, and ensure that processes function efficiently in the long term.

• As a Senior Process Manager (m/w/d) you understand the problems of the stakeholders, the processes behind them, and accompany the automation
• In your interface role between our developers and the departments, you keep an eye on the entire process chain and act as a translator
• You document automated processes in a way that is understandable and transparent so that users can work with them error-free
• Keep your processes and automations running, take on requests and bugs and find solutions for them
• Together with the other PAMs, you operate our CRM, project, and task management system
• As a Senior, you improve not only individual processes but also the way the PAMs work. You make the team more efficient and the stakeholders more satisfied

• You bring several years of experience in the management of digital processes, operations, or a comparable interface role
• You have a strong autodidactic aptitude: you independently and deeply delve into new domains, acquire the necessary information, and develop sustainable solutions on your own
• You want to understand what stakeholders really need, even when they cannot clearly formulate their requirements
• Your communication is honest and transparent, so everyone knows what is happening and what is not, why and by when. Additionally, you manage to translate the technical requirements from the specialist departments for our developers
• You are pragmatic, hands-on, and use AI where it really improves your work and processes
• You think in processes instead of individual solutions and consistently prioritize according to our company objectives and the greatest impact for the company
• You come up with solution approaches instead of problems and know when to make decisions independently and when coordination is useful. You drive through decisions as if they were your own
