Martech & Creative Technology Lead
The Mar Tech & Creative Technology Lead is responsible for translating Beiersdorf business requirements into scalable technology solutions across creative, content and production workflows. The role acts as the primary bridge between client stakeholders, Publicis technology teams and platform partners, ensuring tools, workflows and AI capabilities are successfully implemented, adopted and governed across the organisation.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary Mar Tech and Creative Technology contact for Beiersdorf.
- Translate marketing, production and operational requirements into clear technology briefs and delivery plans.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of workflow, DAM, automation and content production platforms.
- Coordinate technology vendors, platform owners and internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Act as the central point of orchestration across multiple work streams, ensuring alignment between business requirements, technology capabilities and delivery teams.
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder communications across technology programmes.
- Drive onboarding, training and user adoption across markets.
- Support AI and automation pilots from concept through to scaled deployment.
- Ensure solutions align with governance, data privacy and security requirements.
- Monitor platform performance, adoption and optimisation opportunities.
- Maintain documentation, processes, implementation roadmaps and technology plans.
- Support strategic planning and future technology evolution.
- 5-8 years' experience in Mar Tech, platform management, creative technology, production technology or technology-enabled transformation.
- Strong understanding of creative, content production and localisation workflows.
- Experience delivering and coordinating complex technology implementations involving multiple stakeholders, teams and vendors.
- Strong project and programme management experience, including planning, governance, risk management and delivery oversight.
- Experience with DAM, workflow, automation and content production platforms.
- Experience working with creative and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable working across business, operational and technical teams.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience managing roadmaps, implementation plans.
Required Technology
Experience:
- Creative Automation & Content at Scale
- Storyteq, Celtra, Smartly.io, Adobe Gen Studio or similar creative automation, dynamic content and content-at-scale platforms. - Creative & Design Platforms
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Firefly), Figma or similar creative production and design tools. - Generative AI & Content Creation
- Runway, Luma, Midjourney, OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other AI-powered image, video and content generation platforms. - Workflow & Project Management – e.g. Asana, Jira, , Adobe Workfront.
- Technology Integration & Automation
- Experience working with APIs, middleware, workflow orchestration, system integrations and enterprise technology ecosystems.
