Senior Process Automation Manager; m​/w​/d – Energy Operations

Job Title

Bring speed and smart automation into our Energy Operations area and take responsibility for our core processes from customer registration to billing. You will find an established system foundation here, which, however, still has manual intermediate steps at crucial points. Your mission is to track down these breaks, cleverly link data streams, and make processes more efficient with the help of modern automation and AI tools.

Instead of getting stuck in long development cycles, you implement working solutions with maximum self-responsibility and see the impact of your work immediately in the operational team.

Process analysis & optimization:
You analyze our existing system and process landscape in close exchange with the operational team, identify inefficiencies in the data flows, and uncover automation potentials.

Hands-on automation:
You design automated workflows not just on paper, but independently connect existing systems to intelligent end-to-end processes.

Smart AI integration:
You embed AI applications or no-code tools where they can noticeably accelerate manual data entry, checks, or case processing in daily operations.

Prototyping & validation:
You quickly test new workflows as functional prototypes in live operation, evaluate their stability data-based, and ensure that the automations run reliably in everyday life.

Implementation & change:
You accompany your automation projects from the first idea to successful implementation and take the operational team directly with you during process changes.

You have several years of experience in successfully automating complex operational processes, gained in a dynamic start-up, scale-up, or a technology-oriented environment.

You have strong analytical skills. You don’t need to be a software developer, but you immediately understand data logics and know exactly how systems must optimally work together.

You are absolutely familiar with modern automation builders and AI tools and instinctively use them to eliminate manual efforts in daily operations.

You act implementation-oriented and data-driven. You build solutions to solve real operational pain points and know the balance between a quick prototype and a sustainable structure.

You are a strong communicator on an equal footing. You can explain complex data logics to the operational teams in a comprehensible way and inspire colleagues for innovative, digital solutions.
