E-Commerce & Website Manager

What We Need You For As an E-Commerce / Website Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing EFA’s digital platforms and online presence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing the EFA website and related digital platforms
• Maintaining and improving user experience (UX) and conversion rates
• Coordinating content updates in collaboration with editorial and social teams
• Managing and improving website structure, navigation, and page performance
• Coordinating technical updates, integrations, and external service providers
• Monitoring website KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement) and deriving actions
• Supporting digital growth initiatives and campaigns (ticketing, merchandise, partnerships)

What You Bring

• Experience in website management, e-commerce, or digital product roles
• Strong understanding of UX, conversion optimization, and web analytics
• Confident use of CMS systems and digital tools (experience with Shopify is a plus)
• Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical way of working
• Hands-on mentality and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
