We are seeking an experienced TPM Sales System Administrator to join our Sales Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the company's Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system. This role serves as the primary system subject matter expert, ensuring the platform is configured effectively, data is accurate, users are supported, and trade promotion processes are executed consistently.
You will also partner closely with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, and Sales Operations to support promotional planning, execution, claims and deductions, accruals, reporting, and trade investment processes. Having a curiosity to uncover opportunities to improve system functionality, automate processes, strengthen data integrity, and enhance the user experience is also a challenge this role will take on.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring TPM provides reliable information and efficient processes that support effective trade investment management and commercial decision-making.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system.
Support users in the creation, maintenance, execution, and effective adoption of trade promotions within TPM.
Maintain TPM data integrity through ongoing monitoring, validation, quality checks, and resolution of discrepancies.
Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and best practice resources; train new and existing users on TPM functionality and processes.
Support the administration of trade promotion data related to claims, deductions, accruals, and trade investment reporting.
Research and resolve discrepancies between planned promotions, customer activity, claims, deductions, and financial records in partnership with Sales and Finance.
Partner with Finance and Revenue Growth Management to reconcile trade investment data and support accurate trade spend reporting and analytics.
Collaborate with IT and TPM vendors to support system integrations, issue resolution, upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionality.
Maintain appropriate documentation, controls, and audit trails within TPM.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve TPM workflows, automation, functionality, data quality, and user experience.
Partner with the Manager, Sales Enablement, Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensure TPM processes align with business objectives and operational requirements.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Finance, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
- 2-5 years of experience in Trade Promotion Management, Sales Operations, Business Systems Administration, Finance, or a related field
- E xperience administering a TPM system strongly preferred
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred
- Experience supporting Sales, Finance, or commercial business processes preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, reports and memos. Demonstrates strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, confidently, and effectively to groups of varying sizes and audiences.
