About This Pipeline:

Supports the district's privacy program by assessing how personal and sensitive information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected. Conducts privacy reviews, maintains inventories and documentation, evaluates vendors and projects, supports incident response, and advises stakeholders on privacy requirements and risk mitigation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in privacy, cybersecurity, information systems, law, compliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years of privacy, compliance, risk, or information-governance experience
• Working knowledge of FERPA, COPPA, Texas student-data/privacy requirements, records retention, and common privacy frameworks
• Experience with privacy impact assessments, data mapping, vendor reviews, policies, and incident response
• Strong analytical and communication skills. CIPP/US, CIPM, or similar certification preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered.
