Senior Technical Product Manager-Documents Domain-Epic

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product delivery of our Documents Domain which is integrated with the organization's Epic electronic health record (EHR) platform and supports multiple business areas. You will own the product requirements for our document ingestion pipelines, integration with downstream applications, domain services and UX/UI for document viewer. These services are critical for ensuring our providers and care teams have access to clinical documentation that drives patient diagnosis and care coordination.

You will partner with business and engineering leaders to lead a product domain and deliver high-quality products that improve healthcare delivery.

• Responsible for defining the product vision and strategic direction for your Epic Domain, ensuring continuous alignment with senior business and engineering leaders. You'll translate high-level business goals into a clear, actionable product strategy that are tied to OKRs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define the product roadmap, overseeing day-to-day backlog management and prioritization to ensure alignment with your strategic vision. You will assess value and develop business cases to inform the nature and scope of new initiatives. This includes evaluating buy vs. build opportunities and identifying opportunities to scale products to multiple business units
• Coordinate with talented technical partners from engineering, data science, and user design in a fast-paced, agile environment to build and enhance products. Your role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
• Coordinates closely with PM peers in the eFax, Conditions and Medical Record Exchange domains on shared dependencies, API transitions, and cross-cutting priorities.
• Work alongside our design team to design high-quality, intuitive products for our end-users. This involves user research, gathering and documenting detailed product requirements and ensuring the final product meets user needs and expectations.
• Define and manage the launch of new products, including working with our operations teams to create training materials and documentation for end-users. You will also continuously identify and act on opportunities for product improvement through quantitative analysis and user feedback.
• Delivers executive-level reporting on product status, risks, and decisions needed, and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Develops testing procedures and governance for onsite, monthly, and quarterly Epic assessments, with detailed documentation review.
• Partners with training and change management teams to support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic-based product releases.
• Supports approval of product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain delivery speed and quality across Epic initiatives.
• Support the domain leaders in recruiting, hiring, and developing product and informatics talent in a collaborative, fast-paced, global environment to instill industry-proven best practices.
