A growing insurance organization is seeking an experienced Casualty Claims Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex commercial claims and lead a high‑performing team. • Manage and oversee the handling of commercial casualty and disability‑related claims from initial report through resolution.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance management to claims staff.
• Ensure compliance with Nevada regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Conduct claim reviews, evaluate coverage, assess liability, and authorize settlements within designated authority.
• Collaborate with legal, underwriting, and risk management teams to support strategic claims decisions.
• Monitor claim trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• Maintain strong communication with insureds, brokers, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling commercial disability insurance claims or related casualty claim types.
• Strong understanding of claims investigation, evaluation, and resolution processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop claims professionals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Experience with multi‑line commercial claims.
• Prior leadership or team‑lead experience.
