Clouse Insurance Agency is seeking a part-time experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. This role will reward someone who is organized, conscientious, detail-oriented, has a strong sense of pride in their work, and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

• Utilize Applied Epic (AMS) to maintain accurate records and ensure all client requests, policy changes, and service activities are processed efficiently and in compliance with agency standards.
• Leverage Microsoft Office Suite to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and client-facing documents.
• Provide submission and marketing support by gathering underwriting information, preparing applications, and coordinating with carrier partners.
• Obtain, review, and document loss runs to support account servicing, renewals, and marketing efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear, professional, and timely communication with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
