The Receiving Associate is responsible for maintaining and processing shipments in accordance with company policies and procedures. Key duties include:

• Developing and posting delivery schedules
• Compiling and organizing receiving reports
• Verifying merchandise counts
• Routing merchandise to proper locations
• Processing claims and handling liquidation and clearance areas
• Maintaining the receiving area and completing required documentation
• Using forklift equipment safely and following proper spotting and hazardous material handling procedures
• Conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to facility management
• Collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to meet priorities and deadlines
• Communicating progress and recommending improvement opportunities

• Forklift Certification or obtain certification within 30 days of job entry date.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. This rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
