  • Coordinate routing, freight bookings, shipment scheduling, and transportation activities
  • Work closely with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, carriers, factories, and internal teams
  • Manage retailer compliance requirements, routing guides, and shipping specifications
  • Oversee EDI order flow and help troubleshoot integration or transaction issues when they arise
  • Lead domestic and import shipments, including coordination with overseas factories and logistics partners
  • Identify risks, delays, or potential chargeback issues before they impact customers
  • Partner closely with internal sales, finance, product development, and external warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Step into day‑to‑day operational execution whenever needed to ensure business continuity
SKILLS
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
EXPERIENCE
  • 3‑7 years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, supply chain, fulfillment, order management, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating shipments, logistics activities, transportation, or order execution
  • Experience working with ERP systems, EDI platforms, retailer portals, or operational software is preferred
  • Experience working with third‑party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, freight forwarders, or distribution partners is preferred
  • Experience with retailer compliance, customer routing requirements, or large customer order management is a plus
CAREER OPPORTUNITY
