Location: Delhi

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Buyer who thrives on building strong vendor relationships and ensuring our teams have the materials they need to succeed.

Work Type:
Onsite at our Delhi, IA facility. This position is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
  • Source and purchase supplies, tools, and materials at competitive prices while maintaining quality and reliability.
  • Analyze pricing, negotiate terms, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate vendor master data and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Meet with supplier representatives to review products, contracts, and performance.
  • Oversee supplier returns and resolve vendor‑related issues.
  • Expedite overdue purchase orders and initiate order traces when needed.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Respond promptly to internal department requests and provide purchasing guidance.
  • Manage all purchasing forms, documentation, and workflow processes.
Knowledge and Education
  • Associate’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with M3 is a plus) and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work cross‑functionally.
