As an Asset Manager Europe, you will directly influence New Cold’s operational excellence by managing asset portfolios that underpin our automated warehouse capabilities. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and IT teams to drive asset optimization strategies, reduce downtime, and support sustainable growth objectives across European facilities. You will support the sustainable practice of all maintenance coordination and documentation via the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS – Ultimo) for each site.

• Developing and implementing asset management strategies tailored to automated cold storage facilities to maximize asset availability and performance.
• Monitoring asset health and lifecycle through data‑driven analysis, coordinating preventive maintenance and timely interventions to minimize operational disruptions.
• Partner with Site and Regional Leadership on building Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that drive utilization of the Ultimo tool, efficiency in maintenance duties and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, engineering, and IT to align asset management with warehouse automation and logistics workflows.
• Leading vendor and contractor management for asset‑related services, ensuring service level agreements and performance standards are met.
• Preparing detailed asset performance reports and dashboards for senior management to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset utilization, energy efficiency, and cost reduction in automated warehouse settings.
• Supporting integration of new technologies and automation upgrades by assessing asset compatibility and lifecycle impact.
• Coordinating asset‑related risk assessments and developing mitigation plans to safeguard operational continuity.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in asset management within logistics, warehouse operations, or cold chain environments, preferably involving automated systems.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and capital investment processes in industrial or logistics settings.
• Proficiency with asset management software (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel advanced functions).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainability in asset operations.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
