Job Title

Located in Zaragoza the purpose of this position is to ensure an efficient material management process in Motion Division. This involves the confirmation of delivery dates and the continuous tracking of orders and status's of the orders. Appropriate actions will need to be taken to secure delivery dates with key partners and resolve any resulting problems.

To manage the material management processes within the order management, ensuring efficient performance.

To monitor regularly the order status and provide updates in the business.

To receive, track and validate the orders and confirm delivery dates.

To take actions where appropriate to resolve any delivery conflict in a timely manner.

To liaise with stakeholders, departments on a regular basis to resolve any queries.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business or technical discipline, e.g., operations management or supply chain management.

Advanced excel functionality.

Strongly required Advanced English and Spanish.
