Join our team as a Supply Chain Compliance Specialist and help keep our procurement operations audit‑ready, mission‑ready, and running with integrity.

You’ll partner with teams across the organization, strengthen supplier compliance, champion small‑business initiatives, and help ensure every purchase supports the critical work we do protecting those who protect our nation.

After completing training and demonstrating proficiency in the role, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule, including a weekly on‑site commute. Candidates should also be comfortable with occasional travel to support business needs, training, or special projects.

• Ensure subcontractor assessments are managed appropriately, including validation of compliance with established procedures and regulations. Conduct subcontractor compliance reviews and report on risks and recommendations.
• Monitor purchasing activities to ensure compliance with applicable federal acquisition regulations, company policies, and customer requirements, including CPSR readiness activities.
• Maintain policies and procedures and monitor existing supplier processes to ensure compliance with government regulations, primer contract requirements, and industry best practices.
• Identify gaps in practices and procedures and pursue improvement solutions directly or indirectly through collaboration with other program stakeholders.
• Support development and execution of small‑business subcontracting plans. Promote utilization of small businesses, including socio‑economic categories. Monitor subcontracting plan performance and maintain supporting documentation.
• Develop, schedule, facilitate, and document procurement compliance training programs. Maintain procurement training records and training matrices.

• Experience with customer flow‑down requirements, including FAR and DFARS flow‐downs as a subcontractor.
• Knowledge of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) and EAR (Export Administration Regulation).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and SAP.
• Contract knowledge and experience in previous sub‑contractor compliance roles.
• Experience supporting major construction or industrial modernization programs is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business, contract management, legal studies, or supply chain or related field, or equivalent experience (Required).
• Master’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Business, Contract Management, Legal Studies, or Supply Chain (Preferred).
• 4+ years of Department of Defense contracts management experience, including demonstrated experience in FAR and DFARS, mandatory flow‑down clauses, procurement integrity requirements, contract formation and subcontract administration, supplier relationship management, project management, and subcontractor risk management (Required).
• Experience in a government‑owned company, operated environment, ammunition plant, or defense manufacturing (Preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance may be required.
